2001 Report
How the Report is Organized
In addition to adopting and promoting the Assets framework, the Partnership has developed a set of recommendations
related to the three Task Force goals.

Methods describes the steps undertaken by the Partnership in developing the recommendations.

Recommendations includes the recommendations themselves, which are highlighted in bordered boxes, and the
rationale behind them. Many recommendations require funding or other actions on the part of the School System or
County, while others are targeted to the broader community.

Building Partnership Capacity concludes with an overarching recommendation to enhance the Partnerships capacity to
see that the specific recommendations are successfully executed and to respond to the critical need for building a
stronger foundation in the community for asset-building.
