 The Partnership committees meet about every four to six weeks. Members of the public who are interested in this ongoing work can contact Anne Vor der Bruegge at (703) 228-1667 for more information or to learn how to participate in the work of these groups.

Initiate and promote communication and involvement with youth by listening, testing and sharing ideas, and helping move ideas into actions.

Community Schools

4th Mondays, 7-9 pm, Career Center

To explore introducing a full-service community school model in Arlington through research, concept development, community participation, pilot school recruitment, and planning.

Sharon Davis

Board Development

Second Thurs, 2-4 pm, 3033 Wilson

To pay attention to the culture and norms of the Partnership; facilitate communication from committees to the larger Board and between the Partnership and the executive leaders; orient new members; and clarify staff and citizen roles.

To conduct an in-depth review of youth survey data as a first step in developing long-term, asset-based prevention and education strategies.
